This piece was created in the early years of my awakening, during a time when I was beginning to sense that life held more than what science could explain. I often painted mushrooms because they were the first doorway through which my consciousness expanded and cracked open my perception revealing the unseen layers of reality. As one of my earliest works, this painting holds the frequency of initiation, curiosity, and the moment I began listening to something greater.
