Due to the made-to-order and delicate nature of art prints, all sales are final. I do not offer refunds or cancellations. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I'm happy to exchange it. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery at clau@claudiaesquivel.com, and it will be resolved!

Original Paintings

Each original painting is a one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted piece. I take great care to package these works securely to ensure they arrive safely. Because of their unique nature, all sales are final and non-refundable. That said, if your painting arrives damaged or there’s an unexpected issue, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at clau@claudiaesquivel.com. I’ll assess the situation and we’ll find the best solution together.
